Today is the last day of the experiment! I can't believe it! As I tried to incorporate each of the components at times it seemed that the days were moving so slowly! Yet each day I grew more motivated, and now I can't believe the experiment has come to a close!
I think my favorite/hardest part was getting 8 hours of sleep. A couple of nights I got 8 hours and really noticed the difference the next day but then on the other nights got less than eight. I felt lethargic on those days yet it's so difficult to squeeze in everything I need to during the day!
